Our Team

Principal

acdp is spearheaded by principal Alberto Dellepiane, a licensed Italian architect who was the driving force behind Giorgio Armani’s luxury store development department in the US for several years.

Alberto was born and raised in Genova, Italy. He grew up fascinated by the rich architectural heritage of his home country and knew at a very young age that this was his calling. After completing a rigorous architectural degree, Alberto worked his way up to become a licensed architect. He moved to New York to earn his Master’s degree in Urban Planning after which he began a fifteen year career at several high end residential design firms and ultimately at Giorgio Armani where he successfully led multi-million dollar projects, traveled the country, and developed a unique aesthetic and problem-solving sensibility.

Alberto decided to strike out on his own and embark on a new adventure and acdp Consulting was born. With a European design sensibility, solutions-oriented approach, and attention to detail, every project begins with listening and understanding the needs of his clients and their spaces.

Based on the scope and scale of the project, long time collaborators are added to the team as needed to ensure total dedication to the needs of the client.

Services

Owner Representation

acdp represents the client throughout every phase of the project, starting from the definition and development, cost estimating, scheduling, landlord relationship, consultants selection, procurement of owner provided materials, construction management, site progress visits , furniture/mill work planning and installation, to turnover to local retail team for opening.

Project management

Our team has extensive expertise in preparing cost estimates, schedules and risk analyses throughout all phases of the project. Having over 15 years of experience, including numerous projects managed throughout the United States, gives us an important base of data and knowledge to advise our clients on the most important topics specific to each location.

Maintenance

acdp offers support via coordinating/establishing relationships with local vendors/subcontractors to ensure all basic functions of the establishment are always up and running as well as the aesthetics of the sales area and finishes are kept up to high standards.

Real Estate

acdp partners with experienced real estate licensed brokers to assist clients with the search of the most appropriate location for their establishment.
