acdp collaborated from inception on Luisa Via Roma's first store ever opened in the US
located in the heart of Noho at 1 Bond Street (former space of Blick Art Materials).
acdp provided full project management services on this roughly 19000 sq. ft. flagship boutique divided over 3 levels with the inclusion of a new LULA elevator and a material lift.
Opened in July 2024 after several months of design , permit approval and finally construction.
Highlights of the space are the floor and wall finishes along with the great mix of modern design within the 1890's cast iron Landmark Building making the space very unique.
acdp provided Project management services on this 7000 sq. ft. flagship Golden Goose boutique in the heart of Soho in NYC.
First store in the US where the new FORWARD concept has been implemented after Milan and Dubai.
Located in a classic cast iron building full of character and complexities the store span two levels. 1st and cellar floor with the inclusion of a new stair.
At cellar level the design included the renowned Shoe making and Taylor area where the Golden Goose aficionados can enjoy different experiences from repairs to customization. Opened in December 2022 at the end of a long process starting with working closely with the design team at Golden Goose to coordinating Landmark and DOB approvals with the local architect and finally managing the 4 months construction phase.
Surely a very special place offering a unique retail experience.
Collaborated from inception on Laderach' s first Flagship location in the United States on Fifth Avenue in Mid Town Manhattan.
More than 7000 sq ft of usable space on three levels linked by a new elevator. Street level includes retail and a special chocolate production area, service/storage facility on the cellar and a multipurpose/event space at mezzanine level.
On this challenging project acdp provided full project management services, including budget preparation, design value engineering, general contractor selection, landlord review approval process and construction management.
